Each CMS release we load, and each change to the site's method, in date order. Newest first.
Methodology and Updates pages; IndexNow; editor identified
New Methodology page documenting every CMS file used, what we compute, and how corrections work. All sitemap URLs submitted to Bing via IndexNow. Publisher and editor now identified on every page.
Google indexing tier
Provider pages are now submitted to Google only when they carry a differentiating record: home health agencies with both a CMS quality star and a patient-survey star; hospices with a family-survey (CAHPS) star; nursing homes with a special-focus status, abuse icon or Medicare payment denial; rehab facilities with at least one CMS better/worse-than-national measure. All other pages remain online and reachable from their state hubs.
Indexing fixes
Duplicate CCN records now canonicalize to one survivor; thin state hubs excluded from the sitemap; nearby-provider links added to every provider page; sitemap split into per-collection files.
